With more than 10 years experience as a competitive middle distance runner, and recently returning from competing in Europe, Ed has developed a passion for rehabilitating and helping patients achieve their goals to return to their activity pain free and reach their potential.       <image:caption>Adrianna has returned to Ballarat after spending the last 15 years in Melbourne, where she completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Adrianna has a Sports Physio background, and has worked with the AFLW and Netball teams at the Collingwood Football club over the last 4 years. She has also worked with the Australian Women's Ice Hockey team, and various State Basketball programs. Adrianna is particularly interested in lower limb and shoulder injuries, and enjoys incorporating evidence based techniques to help individuals achieve their goals. She spends her time outside of work in the company of family and friends and enjoys playing netball for Sebastopol. Adrianna is currently on parental leave.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Paula brings over 24 years of physiotherapy experience to her home town of Ballarat. She is currently the physiotherapist for the Australian Under-23 Men’s Wheelchair Basketball Team and has previously worked with the Ballarat Miners Men’s and Women’s programs. Her experience spans junior athletes across Victorian State Basketball, Netball, Football, Gymnastics, and elite junior running programs. Paula also enjoys working with a wide variety of patients of all age groups and abilities. Outside of work, Paula enjoys running, going to the gym, and travelling with her husband. She is a proud mum to three adult daughters and a couple of cavoodles.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Hannah graduated in 2016 and has spent most of her career working in hospital settings, along with experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and community disability. She enjoys helping people get back to doing the things they love and improving their confidence in everyday life. She has completed many additional courses including DMA Clinical Pilates, and APA Women’s Health. She is currently furthering her skills by studying Pelvic Health physiotherapy and enjoys continuing to build her knowledge in this area. When she’s not at work or studying, Hannah is usually busy chasing after her two young children and attempting to match their energy levels. In her spare time she enjoys running and baking sourdough (with varying degrees of success).</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kristy has worked as a Physiotherapist for 25 years, initially in Melbourne, and returned to Ballarat 17 years ago to work privately as a qualified Women and Men’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Lymphoedema Practitioner. Part of this role included providing the Obstetrics and Gynaecological physiotherapy service to SJOG hospital for 15 years. Her particular areas of interest are in: female and male pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphoedema management, pre- and post -natal education and rehabilitation of all of the above through targeted exercise. Outside of the clinic, Kristy has thoroughly enjoyed teaching and sharing her passion, in this exceptionally rewarding area of physiotherapy, to the 3rd year physiotherapy students at ACU, Ballarat. In her other life, Kristy runs after 3 children, enjoys playing tennis and a has a love- hate relationship with spin class.</image:caption>
